※ The above exhibition fee does not include the cost for installation & dismantling, decoration, booth cleaning & disposal and the charges for electricity/water supply and drainage/telephone.

Application to Exhibit

Booth allocation for nanotech is on a "First come, First served" basis.

Please refer to the Floor LayoutPDF on our website and indicate the space number you require in the application formPDF and send it to the Secretariat by Fax.
The nano tech 2017 floor layout is divided into "Commercial Firms Area" and "Public Organizations, Overseas Pavilion & University laboratories Area". Please choose your booth location in the appropriate Area. After your application is completed, the exhibitor name and the booth location will be placed on the website in a few days.

※ Please note that applications will close when all space is allocated even before the deadline.


In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after July 29,2016.Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable, the cancellation will be accepted. In such cases the following penalties will be incurred based on the date written notice of cancellation is received.
