1 booth = 9m²(Opening 3m x Depth 3m)

* If there are adjacent booths, the secretariat will install partition panels (2.7 m high). However, corner booths will not have aisle-side panels.

* The booth fee does not include construction and usage fees for booth setup and decoration, electricity, water supply, drainage, telephone charges, booth cleaning, waste disposal, etc.

  • ・Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • ・The date and time of the presentation will be announced on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • ・If you would like simultaneous interpretation, please contact the secretariat separately.

How to apply

Applications are accepted via the online application form.

The exhibition contract will be confirmed by organizer valid upon receipt of the application by the exhibitor.

If a provisional application is made, the application will be automatically switched to the main application on or after August 1, 2025.

Application Deadline September 30, 2025
*Please note that applications will be closed when the number of booths is full, even before the deadline.
Payment of exhibition fee An invoice will be issued after the application is submitted.
Please transfer the exhibition fee to the designated account by the designated date on the invoice.
Cancellation of Exhibitor Application In principle, cancellation is not allowed after the application has been submitted.
However, if the secretariat deems it unavoidable, cancellation will be accepted and a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the exhibition regulations.
